PAT JUN 8, 69 stamped on side as well as MONCE on other side
Patent No. is 91,150 on June 8, 1869, but shows a picture for the design concept
This is different from that USPTO picture, as it appears Monce issue various versions
In 1869, the wheel cutter was developed by Samuel Monce of Bristol, Connecticut, which remains the current standard tool for most glass cutting
