Jaws are serrated and open and close by turning the knurled handle
The design of the hollow handle allows for the holding of long wires and rods through the handle itself
The jaws of the hand vise are serrated providing a firm grip on the wire making it ideal for twisting wire and for pulling fine wire through drawplates
