Vises are similar to clamps since they are also used to hold two separate objects together to prevent movement of the objects. However, unlike clamps which are transportable, vises are stationary pieces of equipment that are permanently or semi-permanently attached to a workbench or table
I say clamp for this piece
Or should it be “vise clamp”?
