William Warner and Hiram B. Driggs (born ca. 1825) both worked for Hermon Chapin earlier. One source says Driggs was working for Chapin in 1850 and that this partnership was not formed until 1852, but they are listed in and 8149 directory
Stamped “PHOENIX FACTORY/WARRANTED/WARNER & DRIGGS” (first two lines curved)
“220” marked
Opposite end has stamped owners name “C.F.VARNUM”
